SEI's mission is to be a pioneer and champion at creating programs, projects and systems that mentors, educates and assists young families with reaching financial independence without the use of Public Assistance Programs. The concept is to create people-based solutions for people-based problems. SEI's efforts include holding thinktank sessions and conversations with community stakeholders to develop programs that will be a benefit to our Client base. SEI will then fundraise to support and execute community based activities, alternative housing programs, affordable housing development, training and professional development programs, or hybrid pilot programs that may represent any or all of the aforementioned activities.

SEI originated in Wahiawa, Hawaii in 2017 where it operated on a part-time basis to provide relief to Homeless persons living on the Waimanalo Beach Park. We provided several feeding events at the part, where we coordinated the community efforts to provide clothes, hygiene kits, school supplies for the children, and discussions with the occupants. These discussions allowed us to represent them at community Homeless forums to express their needs to the County of Honolulu and other non-profit stakeholders. SEI is in the process of launching its first hybrid pilot program called Collective Prosperity, which will provide housing, mentoring, counseling and professional coaching to small families in a shared living environment. We welcome any organization, employer or service provider that would like to partner with us in this effort.
Your support and contributions will enable us to make real changes. Every little bit counts!
